Boyfriend detained in TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee's suicide case

TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee's boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh has been detained and questioned by the Mumbai police a day after the 'Balika Vadhu' actress was found dead at her home in suburban Goregaon.

Banerjee's family members have also reached Siddharth Hospital in Mumbai where her body has been kept after the post-mortem.

"Rahul Raj Singh is with us and we are recording his statement,' Mumbai police was quoted as saying by ANI.

According to a CNN-IBN report, Pratyusha and Rahul were facing problems in their relationship.

Pratyusha allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself on Friday.
