Slippers shown to Nitish Kumar at Nawada rally, crowd chants Modi sloga

In a major embarrassment to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, slippers were shown to him during his rally in Nawada on Tuesday, ahead of state elections.

According to reports, the crowd also showed black flag to Kumar and chanted Modi slogan when he was addressing the rally.

Kumar was campaigning for JD-U MLA Pradeep Kumar when the incident took place.

Reacting to the incident, Nitish said, "I know who you people are. You are also very less in numbers. The better course for you to leave this place."
