Here we go! As Prime Minister Narendra Modi begins his address to the Indian Diaspora with tributes to Shahid Bhagat Singh. Chants of 'Vir Bhagat Singh,' rang out at the SAP centre as Prime Minister Narendra Modi began his speech to the 20,000-plus audience.

Modi was welcomed to the event with hoots and whistles and chants of 'Modi, Modi' broke out as he made his way to the stage.
