AAP MLA Somnath Bharti surrenders, seeks relief

JUST IN: Aam Aadmi Party Member of Legislative Assembly Somnath Bharti has surrendered before a Delhi court. He has been on the run for a week. Media reports showed him flashing a copy of the Constitution before cameras.

Bharti has been booked in a domestic violence case. He had earlier sought an anticipatory bail, which was rejected by the high court. He had gone underground since then.
