Sanjay Dutt back to Yerawada jail after parole ends

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, a convict in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case, was back to his prison cell at Yerawada jail this evening on expiry of his 30-day parole. He had been out on parole since August 27 this year. "He returned to the jail this evening after expiry of his 30-day parole," jailer Milind Kurlekar said. The actor's frequent application seeking parole andfurlough have been criticised by various quarters including social and political organisations.
