Ramesh's praise for P V Narasimha Rao leaves Sonia upset

Congress chief Sonia Gandhi is upset with Jairam Ramesh for eulogising former prime minister P V Narasimha Rao in his latest book 'To the Brink and Back: India's 1991 Story'. Senior Congress leaders are now distancing themselves from Ramesh.

Sonia and Rao shared a frosty relationship; she was often hostile towards him.

In contrast, however, many from the Andhra Pradesh Congress leaders praised Jairam for recognising the services of 'Panditulu' Narasimha Rao. And what about Rahul? He believes Ramesh is entitled to his personal views and could be least bothered.
