The 3-men who will be PM's eyes and ears in Bihar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has constituted a three-member high level team to brief him on developments in the Bihar poll campaign. The PM will on an official tour to Ireland and the US which begins on 23 September and ends on 29 September.


While he is on tour, BJP president Amit Shah, finance minister Arun Jaitley and urban development minister Venkaiah Naidu will coordinate and present daily reports to the PM on the way ahead for the Bihar polls.


The team will be collecting field reports from party sources and will compare it to intelligence inputs. Jaitley has been tasked with keeping track of funding of the poll campaign and will liaise with the election commission and state units.
