64 files on Netaji thrown open to public

Just in: The West Bengal government has released 64 files on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. 

The classified files are on display at the Kolkata police museum, which is open to the public. The files were first given to the family of the legendary freedom fighter.

CDs of digitised form of 64 files are being distributed to Netaji's family members and the public. 

As the files are thrown open to the public, many more secrets are expected to emerge on Netaji, whose death has been an enduring mystery for decades.
Netaji purportedly died in an air crash in at Taihoku in Taiwan on 18 August, 1945.
