Delhi police opposes anticipatory bail for Somnath Bharti

Delhi Police strongly opposes anticipatory bail application of Somnath Bharti, claiming that Bharti has made mockery of law.

While arguing before a single judge bench of Delhi HC, Delhi Police counsel said, "He (Bharti) went to police station at 2 am in night and also made application for cancellation of NBW against him after getting protection from HC. Its not a simple case of dispute between husband-wife."
