2 soldiers, 2 terrorists killed in ongoing encounter in J-K

Two soldiers and two terrorists have been killed in an ongoing encounter at Handwara in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir. The firing comes even as border forces of both countries -- India and Pakistan -- held talks in New Delhi and decided to put an end to ceasefire violations.

So far, Pakistan has already violated the ceasefire 11 times.
