More than four years after an explosion killed one and injured half a dozen others on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway in Udhampur district in May 2010, the Principal District and Session Judge R S Jain has held a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Abdul Majid guilty of conspiring to strike terror resulting in civilian casualties and damage to public property.
