Encounter between terrorists and army in Kashmir

An encounter has begun between security forces and terrorists in Rafiabad, Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.

1 militant is said to be trapped by the Special Operations Group of the Rashtryiya Rifles which is engaged in the gun battle.
