Chandy warns Modi of legal action

Chief Minister Oommen Chandy wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi informing him about the state government's plans to resort to legal action against the Delhi police for intruding into Kerala House without proper authority under the provisions of the relevant laws governing slaughter of agriculture cattle. The CM was apparently forced to shoot off the second letter because there was no response to his earlier one sent on Tuesday when the row over the beef raid on Kerala House erupted.
