Shiv Sena disrupts Gurgaon event of Pakistani singers

A music concert, in which some Pakistani singers were performing, was disrupted by some Shiv Sena workers in Gurgaon this evening. According to reports, some people who claimed to be Shiv Sena workers barged into the municipal corporation's open theatre in the city where an event in which some Pakistani singers were scheduled to take part and shouted anti-Pakistan slogans. 

Protesting Sena workers removed the Pakistani flags and vandalised the stage while warning the organisers from going ahead with the event.

Last week, its workers blackened the face of columnist and former BJP ideologue Sudheendra Kulkarni for organising the launch of a book by former Pakistan minister Khurshid Mahmood Kasuri in Mumbai, leading to a massive national outrage
