The BJP is taking the National Herald case very seriously. The BJP is confident that the shenanigans in the Congress leadership will be fully exposed in a year's time.

The BJP wants to know how a huge sum of Rs 90 crore was overnight handed over to National Herald.
They want to know whose money was paid and to whom? And why.

If these questions are answered, the BJP feels black money transactions can be proved.  The Congress cadre was duped by the Congress Working Committee, says the BJP leadership, and it is time the truth is revealed about the leadership.

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had earlier filed a complaint, saying that Congress leaders were involved in cheating and breach of trust in the acquisition of Associated Journals Ltd (AJL) by Young Indian Pvt Ltd (YIL).

A trial court had on June 26 last year directed Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Congress treasurer Moti Lal Vora, Congress leader Oscar Fernandes along with several others to appear before it on August 7, 2014, on Swamy's complaint.
