BJP President Amit Shah on Monday held a press conference in Patna.

Here are the highlights of what he had to say:

* Not 1 question of yours (the media) has been about Bihar's development. We know what our agenda is, what's yours?

* I am BJP's chief. Why are you talking to me about Hindu Mahasabha? RSS has explained Bhagwatji's statement was about Rajasthan. BJP will not change reservation policy

* 'Bihar does not want to be a BIMARU state now

* Even today Bihar is very backward when it comes to a lot of issues. That is what we will focus on when we come to power.

* In the first phase of polling we are winning 32-34 seats; in the second phase, 22-24 seats.

* During the entire election process, the primary issue has been of development.

* To take focus away from development agenda, some statements are being highlighted on beef or reservation
