Kejriwal takes on Jaitley over his remarks on NJAC

Reacting to Finance Minister's Arun Jaitley's view on the SC order on the NJAC, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal took to Twitter, saying, "Jaitley ji on NJAC -- "Indian democracy cannot be a tyranny of the unelected". Jaitleyji, this is exactly what we have been demanding in Delhi."

Earlier, Jaitley in his Facebook post had said that the SC judgement had upheld the primacy of one basic structure -- independence of judiciary -- but diminished five other basic structures of the Constitution, namely, Parliamentary democracy, an elected government, the Council of Ministers, an elected prime minister and the elected leader of the opposition. "
