No scope for non-state actors today: Kasuri at book launch

Kasuri says the purpose of writing his book was to clear misconceptions. "I have sent the copies of the book to President Pranab Mukherjee, former PM Manmohan Singh, Yashwant Sinha, L K Advani and Natwar Singh. He said that is the only way to build trust."

"There is no scope for non-state players today. Both countries have murdered history comprehensively and as a result they are in this situation today."
