PM Modi to spend a day in poll-bound Bihar today; address 4 rallies

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today address four election rallies in poll-bound Bihar.

He will be campaigning through the day in Munger, Samastipur, Nawada and Begusarai. 

He is also likely to stay back and hold a strategy meet overnight.

BJP-led National Democratic Alliance is locked in a bitter battle with the Mahagathbandhan of Janata Dal United-Rashtriya Janata Dal and Congress. The other partners of BJP are Lok Janshakti Party, Rashtriya Lok Samata Party and Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular).

The five phase elections will take place from October 12 and end on November 5. The other dates of voting are October 16, 28 and November 1, Counting of votes will take place on November 8 and the entire election process will be over by November 12.
