Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was in Bengaluru for an investment meeting with visiting German Chancellor Angela Merkel, totally ignored the state government, helmed by the Congress incidentally, in Karnataka.

The Congress has now taken a serious note of how Chief Minister Siddharamaiah was ignored.

"Is this federal cooperation or Sab ka saath, sab ka vikas?' fumed a state minister.

Corollary: The Congress will boycott the prime minister's meetings in the future, said sources.
