Somnath Bharti's wife rejects mediation; SC dumps his bail plea

AAP MLA Somnath Bharti's wife Lipika has turned down his offer of mediation.

The Apex court had on Thursday issued her notice to appear in the court today and present her version on Bharti's proposal to settle all the disputes "through mediation for the sake of their children".

The court also denied the AAP leader bail and asked him to approach the trial court for the same. It directed the trial judge to consider any bail application moved by Somnath Bharti within a day & dispose it expeditiously
