Nitish to hold maiden meeting of his new cabinet today

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will hold the first meeting of his new cabinet on Saturday evening at the secretariat in Patna.

According to reports, the cabinet would take its decision on calling of special session of 16th Bihar Legislative Assembly and will also decide the date of a joint meeting of both the houses of Bihar legislature.

Nitish will also hold a review meeting to take stock of the situation of law and order with the District Magistrates and Police Superintendents of the districts via video conferencing. Chief Secretary, Home Secretary and the Director General of Police will also remain present in the meeting.
