RJD leaders have said that no matter what post Tejaswi (pictured) is handed out in the cabinet, he will take the oath after Nitish Kumar at the swearing-in ceremony, to be followed by his brother, Tej Pratap. Lalu has not yet announced the leader of the RJD legislature party after the 80 newly elected party MLAs authorised him to do so.
