Harass cuffs on Mahasabha leader
November 20, 2015  11:26
Last night, a Hindu Mahasabha leader and two lawyers have been sent to judicial custody after the pilot of a Chennai-bound flight complained last night that the three had misbehaved with an air hostess and some women passengers.

The three were offloaded at Coimbatore airport before the IndiGo flight took off around 11pm, an hour late.

Sources said lawyers Senthel Kumar and Raja and businessman Subhash Swaminathan, secretary of the youth wing of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha's Tamil Nadu unit, were all drunk. A state BJP leader said the party had nothing to do with the Mahasabha. However, the Mahasabha has often allowed members to be fielded on the BJP's symbol, Gorakhpur MP Yogi Adityanath being one.
