Hollande blames Islamic State for Paris attacks, announces 3 day mourning

While blaming the Islamic State for Paris terror attacks, French President Francois Hollande put the death toll at 127. The French President termed the Paris attacks as an 'act of war' by Islamic State jihadists. Hollande vows to strike back at IS after worst attacks in France since World War II. Hollande also announced three days mourning to express solidarity with the deceased.
