Goa activist found dead

Just in: Goa activist Father Bismarque Dias who had gone missing since last Thursday has been found dead. The activist was protesting over the mega projects in Goa. The family alleges he was killed. The first autopsy report says death was due to drowning; a second autopsy report is awaited.
