Jordanian police officer kills three, including two Americans

A Jordanian police officer killed two American contractors and a South African contractor at a police training facility near the capital, Amman, on Monday, Jordan's official Petra news agency reported.

Two other Americans and four Jordanians were wounded in the incident, according to reports. Jordanian security forces killed the shooter, the Prime Minister's office said.

What led to the shooting was not immediately clear.
