Winter session of Parliament from November 26?

The BJP government wants the Winter Session of Parliament to be convened from November 26. Highly-placed government sources tell us that a file with a proposal to convene both houses of Parliament on Thursday, November 26, at 11 am, is being submitted to President Pranab Mukherjee. The president will take a couple of days to process this file and the announcement is likely to be made on Wednesday.
