When Modi showed his palm to astrologer Bejan Daruwalla

In an embarrassment for the Bharatiya Janata Party, well-known astrologer Bejan Daruwalla claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had consulted him once. Daruwalla said he had predicted that the progress and development of the nation lay in Modi's hands. In a picture released by some media organisations, Modi is seen showing his palms to Daruwalla, indicating that he had consulted the astrologer to know about his future.

The revelation comes after BJP uploaded a video on YouTube which showed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar hugging a tantrik. Taking a jibe at Nitish, Modi had claimed that since the members of the Mahagathbandhan comprising of JD-U, RJD and Congress are seeing that they are losing in the state, they are reaching out to tantriks.
