My govt will implement One Rank, One Pension: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the programme 'Mann ki Baat' says his government will implement One Rank, One Pension for armed forces personnel.

Modi says political parties have played games on the issue for the past 40 years but his govt will be the one to implement it.

"It is a complex issue, a vexed issue. You have been patient for 40 years. Give me some time to address it," PM tells ex-servicemen in 'Mann ki Baat'.
