L-G Najeeb Jung meets Rajnath ahead of SC hearing on MHA plea

Just in: Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung meets Home Minister Rajnath Singh amid turf war with AAP government.

Yesterday, the Delhi Assembly, where CM Arvind Kejriwal's AAP holds 67 seats out of 70, endorsed his bid to challenge the Centre's allocation of power to Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung. The Centre, on the other hand, has moved the turf war to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court will take up the Home ministry's plea tomorrow.
