Just in: Delhi Police asks motorists to avoid Connaught Place between 5 and 7 pm when AAP is scheduled to hold its public cabinet.

The Aam Aadmi Party, which completed 100 days in office and plans to escalate its power battle with the Centre has called for a massive public meeting, an "open Cabinet," this evening in Delhi.

In the meeting dubbed as 'Jan Samvaad' at Central Park in Connaught Place, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is expected to push for full statehood for Delhi and call for a referendum.
