ISIS claims it could buy its first nuclear weapon within a year.The terror group claims it could purchase the devastating weapon from Pakistan within less than 12 months.

The claim was made in the group's propaganda magazine Dabiq.An article in the latest issue says ISIS is expanding so rapidly it could afford to purchase the highly expensive weapon.
