Just in: Elections in Bihar will be held sometime in September-October: Chief Election Commissioner Nasim Zaidi tells PTI.

He said extensive central forces to be deployed in the state to check muscle power. A reworked expenditure monitoring system will be deployed to curb money power, he added.
