Delhi LG briefs MHA about row with CM Kejriwal

Amid a row over appointment of Delhi's Acting Chief Secretary, Lt Governor Najeeb Jung has briefed the Home Ministry, which is directly responsible for the capital's administration, even as Union Home Secretary L C Goyal said his ministry has nothing to do with the issue.

Official sources said the LG has informally briefed the Home Ministry about the situation arising out of Gamlin's appointment. The Ministry, sources said, advised Jung to act as per the Constitution.
