Rahul Gandhi to begin 15-km Telangana padyatra today

Rahul Gandhi will embark on his two-day visit to Telangana beginning today which would include a 15-km padayatra in Adilabad district. The Congress vice-president's visit is to highlight the plight of farmers in the country in general and state in particular. According to party members, Rahul will meet the families of farmers who have allegedly committed suicide due to agrarian distress in Telangana and console them.
