Former Indian Foreign Secretary to join Aus think-tank

Former Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran will be joining a leading Australian think-tank as an international fellow. Shyam Saran, 68, a distinguished career diplomat who has played an important part in India's rise in the world would be joining the Lowy Institute as its 2015 Telstra Distinguished International Fellow.
