Blast on local train in Kolkata, at least 17 injured

At least 17 people were injured after a low-intensity blast on the Sealdah-Krishnanagar local train in Kolkata on Tuesday. The blast took place around 2.30 am. According to police, passengers travelling in the fifth bogey hurled bombs at each other after a scuffle.The injured have been admitted to RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.Top police officials are on the spot. Local train services have been hit because of the blast.
