Moga bus horror: HC notice to Punjab government

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday issued a notice to the Punjab government and Orbit Aviations in the Moga molestation case. The bench headed by Hemant Gupta also directed the Punjab government to give details of government-run buses, buses run by private owners and ownership pattern of these private buses. Orbit Aviation has also been impleaded as party in the case. The HC has also sought details of action taken against driver conductors and others in the case. The next hearing has been fixed for May 15.
