Prosecution asks for max punishment of 10 years, sentencing after lunch

Defence lawyer says Salman Khan paid Rs 19 lakh in 2002 itself to the injured and that this was the first time compensation was given before the trial. He asks the judge to consider this before delivering the quantum of sentence.

Public prosecutor Pradeep Gharat will not be swayed and asks Judge Deshpande to give the maximum punishment of 10 years to Salman Khan.
