J-K education minister, Nayeem Akhtar, on the flood situation in the state: The administration has declared that it's a flood. The Jhelum is flowing above the danger mark in Sangam and Ram Munshi Bagh. We have tried to learn from last year's disaster, flood control and management regime has been activated, measures being taken and boats and sand bags organised. We have mounted 24 hour vision on bunds all across valley.
