Two sentenced to 5 years in prison for cow slaughter

A local court in Muzaffarnagar has sentenced two persons to five years in jail for cow slaughter. On August 17, 2004, police had raided a house and recovered 30 kg beef and cow skin. However, the duo Riyasat and Nazim had fled from the spot. Police had registered a case in this connection.
