Swaroopananda stirs controversy, says Sai Baba was a Muslim, used to eat beef

Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopananda Saraswati of Dwarka Peeth yet again stirred up another controversy on Monday by stating that Sai Baba was a Muslim and used to eat beef.

News 18 reports that Swaroopananda alleged that Sai Baba used to read the Fatiha for the deceased. He also accused him of committing fraud against Hindus.

According to him, 'Sabka Malik Ek' were the words of Gurunanak and not a saying of Sai Baba.

"Government should oppose installation of Sai idol in Hindu temples", he said.
