Anna daata sukhi bhava: Modi

PM Narendra Modi's message in the parliament canteen's visitor book: "Anna daata sukhi bhava." Loosely translated it means, "Let the one who has provided me food be happy."

PM Narendra Modi had lunch at the MPs' canteen in Parliament. After being shut for couple of years, the old kitchen at the Parliament House Complex is to be renewed soon with pipe natural gas lines set to be installed so that food can be prepared and served hot and fresh for the MPs and visitors. Right now, the food served at all canteens inside the complex is being cooked at the Parliament House Annexe and brought from there to be served.
