Stepping up his offensive, former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi has targeted several senior leaders, including finance minister Arun Jaitley, former BCCI president N Srinivasan and the Congress party, on Twitter, accusing them of approaching him for favours during his IPL stint and making him a fall guy.

Calling Jaitley a "Congressman at heart", for his proximity to the Nehru-Gandhis, Modi tweeted a picture of the FM with Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, his sister Priyanka and her husband Robert Vadra. He also challenged Jaitley to make his phone records public and alleged that he was working with Srinivasan.

Threatening a "big expose", Modi said, "This is true crores of rupees in BCCI books for members TA/DA. Best part is they take this in cash. Hope Arun Jaitley, Anurag Thakur and Rajiv Shukla have shown this in their returns... Media, ED and income tax must ask Taj Hotels to provide data of all politicians who have stayed with them."
