Death toll in Mumbai hooch tragedy rises to 81

The death toll in the hooch tragedy at Laxmi Nagar slum in Mumbai has climbed to 81 while several victims continue to be in critical condition.

This is the second biggest hooch tragedy in over a decade. 87 people had died after consuming spurious liquor in suburban Vikhroli in 2004.
