Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, who turns 45 today, has begun to take an interest in allocating the party spokespersons not only for the daily AICC briefings but also for debates on popular TV news channels.

Thus it is that Jairam Ramesh will brief the media today at the AICC on Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Scindia's woes.

According to AICC sources, Jairam Ramesh is expected to expose yet another scandal concerning Lalit Modi.
