MEA ready to revoke Lalit Modi's passport: TV report

Just in: The Ministry of External Affairs is ready to revoke former IPL boss Lalit Modi's passport. They are also expected the move the Supreme Court against him, Times Now reports.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is facing accusations of having helped Lalit Modi procure documents to travel to Portugal last year. Modi, who is being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate for alleged financial impropriety in multi-billion dollar IPL, stays in London.
