Rain-hit Mumbai braces for high tide

Mumbaikars, who have been experiencing heavy rainfall, are now bracing for a high tide on Monday.

As per the weather department, a high tide of upto 4.5 metres is likely to hit the shores of the financial capital at around 11.20 am today.

Among the areas that could be affected by the high tide include King Circle and Hindmata.

Local trains are also reported to be running late by around 15 to 20 minutes on the Central Line.
