Lalit Modi is not a fugitive, says lawyer at presser

For the first time since the controversy emerged of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj helping Lalit Modi to procure travel documents from the United Kingdom, the former IPL chief's lawyer Mehmood Abdi at a presser in Mumbai said, "Which court has declared Lalit Modi as an offender? Lalit Modi is not an offender."
